Recruitment Specialist for Civil Engineering and Architecture Roles
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our recruitment team.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts to align with global business hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS system.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering / architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards, and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
