Job description

UX Designer

  • Experience : 4–6 years of professional experience in UX design (enterprise, product, or digital solutions).
  • We are seeking a skilled UX Designer with strong expertise in user-centered design principles and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging experiences, facilitating workshops to gather requirements, and presenting design solutions to senior stakeholders with clear reasoning. This role requires adaptability to design systems, proficiency in modern design tools, and hands-on experience in user research and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply design thinking methodologies to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business and user needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements, ideate solutions, and validate outcomes.
  • Present design concepts and decisions confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by clear rationale and user insights.
  • Work within and contribute to established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping platforms to effectively communicate design ideas and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

  • Experience : 4–6 years of professional experience in UX design (enterprise, product, or digital solutions).
  • Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping techniques.
  • Design Knowledge : Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes, and usability standards.
  • Research Expertise : Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaboration : Strong ability to work in cross-functional, agile environments.
