Your day-to-day responsibilities :
- Revenue and P&L Ownership
o Drive regional P&L by meeting or exceeding monthly revenue and margin targets through
effective territory sales strategies.
o Take ownership of individual and team targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales goals
are achieved with profitability.
o Manage and oversee sales conversion pipelines, identifying opportunities to maximize
revenue across regions.
Team Leadership and Developmento Lead a team of Senior Sales Managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and
holding each accountable for their own P&L.
o Inspire and motivate a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to establish and
maintain high-performance standards.
o Implement development programs and incentives to drive performance, while building a
positive, target-oriented culture.
Strategic Planning and Executiono Develop detailed monthly and quarterly sales strategies in alignment with organizationalgoals, with a focus on increasing market share.o Plan and execute territory-specific strategies for lead generation, working closely withpartners including hospitals, doctors, and relevant networks.o Stay ahead of market trends and competitor actions, adjusting sales tactics and strategiesproactively.Market Development and Partnershipso Drive territory growth by building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such ashospitals, doctors, and local business alliances.o Oversee local partnerships that generate new leads and drive conversions, optimizingoutreach and engagement in each territory.o Maintain a strong network within the healthcare and business communities to ensure quickturnaround and agile adjustments in sales efforts.Data Analysis and Reportingo Utilize MIS and data analysis to monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identifyareas for improvement.o Report on pipeline health, regional growth, and sales metrics, using data to informdecision-making and adjust strategy as needed.o Hold team members accountable for accurate reporting and target tracking, ensuringinsights are used to enhance overall sales performance.Youll be successful in this role if you have :Experience : 10+ years in field sales, including a minimum of 7 years in a target-driven, leadership rolemanaging P&L responsibilities.Sales Expertise : Proven experience with field sales in healthcare partnerships or business development(such as with hospitals and doctor alliances).Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead regional teams, manage local BDMs, and achieve challenginggrowth targets.Technical Skills : Proficiency in MIS and data analysis tools; strong understanding of sales funnelmanagement.Network & Connections : Established relationships in the healthcare or sales industry, with a trackrecord of building effective partnerships.Strategic Mindset : Ability to plan months in advance and create strategies to achieve desired salesoutcomes.Benefits :An incredible team of smart and supportive peopleA competitive compensation package, including attractive health and accidental insuranceAmazing variable components (Retention, incentives, etc.)Qualification :
