Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter. The position is located in Kozhikode. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, planning and designing building structures, preparing construction drawings, and assisting in the drafting process. The role involves collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure accurate and precise designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Drawing skills
• ability to read the architectural sketches and work out the detailed drafts from it.
• Experience in Architectural drafting and Planning
• Ability to read, prepare and interpret Construction Drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in relevant drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field
