Key Responsibilities :

Generate and follow up on sales leads to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients , understanding and meeting their travel requirements.
Collaborate with the Product Development team to design bespoke travel packages tailored to client needs.
Interact with internal teams to develop and refine marketing materials targeting the HNI market segment.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals and post-sales support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns promptly.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Drive innovation in sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth in the travel and tourism sector.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, or a related field.

15–20 years of proven experience in leisure travel sales , with a focus on HNI clients.

Strong understanding of luxury travel trends and client preferences.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development and marketing.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track performance.

Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.

Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of international and domestic destinations is a plus.
