Job Title : Python AI / ML Developer

Location : Mohali

Experience : 1-2 years

Availability : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement AI / ML models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
Work with large datasets : data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
Build and optimize machine learning pipelines using Python-based frameworks.
Deploy ML models into production and monitor performance.
Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Research and apply state-of-the-art ML / AI techniques for continuous improvements.
Document processes, workflows, and model performance.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch, Matplotlib / Seaborn.

Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, etc.).

Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Knowledge of Deep Learning fundamentals (Neural Networks, CNN, RNN, Transformers preferred).

Familiarity with SQL and handling structured / unstructured data.

Exposure to API development (Flask / FastAPI / Django) for ML model deployment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
