Flutter Developer

About the Role

IBL Finance, an NSE Listed NBFC, is looking for skilled Flutter Developers to build and maintain high-performing mobile applications for our fintech products. Candidates must have strong expertise in Flutter and prior experience in building financial, banking, or fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Work closely with product managers and UI / UX teams to deliver user-friendly and secure apps.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Ensure applications meet NBFC / financial compliance and security standards.
• Debug, test, and maintain applications for smooth performance.
• Collaborate with backend developers for API integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming and Flutter architecture.
• Experience with State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
• Knowledge of Firebase / Push Notifications / Payment Gateway integration.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices for financial applications.
• Familiarity with App Store (iOS) & Play Store (Android) deployment.
• Experience working in Fintech / NBFC domain is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Optional Skills)

• Experience with native Android / iOS development (Kotlin / Swift).
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Understanding of Microservices / Node.js / Laravel backend integration.
