Job Description : Performance Marketer

At Chamele, we don’t just market brands, we make them unforgettable. We’re on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Specialist who’s got hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns and knows how to scale brands profitably.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
• Set up , optimise and scale performance-based lead generation funnels (B2B + B2C).
• Manage 6 – 7 figure monthly budgets with strong ROAS and CAC control.
• Conduct A / B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Track, analyse, and report performance using tools like GA4, GTM, and analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are conversion-focused yet on-brand.
• Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and ad policies.
