Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for US-based clients using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn .
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements , with a clear understanding of US tax terms and visa types (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate pay rates / salaries with candidates and successfully close positions.
- Maintain ATS / database and ensure accurate records of submissions and recruiting activities.
