Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of Depreciation Statement (Company Act & Income Tax Act)
- Analysing financial data to support decision-making.
- Ensuring proper revenue and expense recognition.
- Performing fiscal year-end close activities and assisting with activities and requirements of external auditors.
- Familiar ith Annual Accounts Filing (XBRL) with ROC
- Monthly Closing Stock verification and Preparation of Inventory Ageing statements
- Preparation of required information for Bank loan renewals
- Preparation of information required for Cost audit
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Vendor and customer accounts reconciliations
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year-end close process
- Reviewing agreements & Contracts with the vendors
- TDS & TCS Compliances
- Income tax assessment data submission in consultation with the statutory auditors.
- Monthly MIS preparation and analysis
