Job Summary :
WNS Vuram is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team as a Lead Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of enterprise IT workflows. This role involves leading technical implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, FSO, and GRC / IRM.Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and security.Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.Required Skills & Qualifications :
7 to 13 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.Strong hands-on experience in modules such as :ITSM (IT Service Management)CRM (Customer Relationship Management)ITAM (IT Asset Management)ITOM (IT Operations Management)S2P (Source to Pay)FSO (Field Service Operations)GRC / IRM (Governance, Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management)Custom Development
App Engine
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP APIs.Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to lead technical discussions and drive project delivery.Preferred Qualifications :
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, GRC).Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Exposure to global enterprise environments and client-facing roles.Why Join WNS Vuram?
