Our client is a fast-growing player in the FMCG industry, centered on health-focused packaged foods. They are looking for a Head of Platforms to lead their online marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilties :
- Own and manage the P&L for Amazon and quick commerce platforms, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
- Build and execute strategies to drive sales, visibility, and market share across online marketplaces.
- Lead relationships with Amazon category managers and quick commerce partner teams (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Dunzo).
- Plan and optimize platform marketing investments (AMS, sponsored ads, banners, Q-commerce promotions) to maximize ROI.
- Oversee catalog management, listings, inventory availability, and stock replenishment across platforms.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
- Monitor competition, pricing, and promotions to ensure brand competitiveness and visibility.
- Use data and analytics to track KPIs (sales, conversions, CTR, visibility, repeat rates) and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle platform-level escalations and ensure best-in-class customer experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives to deliver channel objectives.
Requirements :
6+ years of experience.Hands-on knowledge of the Amazon / Flipkart ecosystem.Account management expertise with large e-commerce platforms.Skills Required
