Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

An International Voice Process is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the Calls & Chats from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S., Canada etc. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education : Any graduate
• Required Skills : Excellent communication, knowledge of inbound process & basic BPO understanding
• Work Setup : Office-based from day 1
• Experience : Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process
• Shifts : 24
• 7 environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs
• Work Schedule : 5 days a week
• Transportation : Cab facility provided (2-way)
• Interview Process : HR Screening, Operations round, Versant Test
