TIMING : US Time Shift - [6PM to 3AM IST]

NOTICE PERIOD : Immediate (Preferred) / Max 30 days

BUDGET : 5 LPA

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team! If

you're passionate about client relationships, project coordination, and creative marketing

solutions, this role is for you. You'll work closely with our sales team to manage day-to-day client

needs and drive business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales or administrative support
  • 2+ years in the promotional products industry (preferred)
  • Strong project coordination & multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent communication – verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving & basic business math skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptable, positive, and eager to learn
  • Thrive in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven environment

What You'll Do

  • Get hands-on with the promotional products industry, learning about production methods, materials, and branding.
  • Coordinate multiple client projects with varying priorities, budgets, and timelines.
  • Educate clients on order processes, approvals, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Ensure projects meet profitability targets while achieving client goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Deliver top-notch service via phone, email, and text for clients of all sizes.
  • Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Promotional product industry experience
