As a Product Manager you will closely work with Product Owner to manage execution of end
to end Product management life cycle starting from roadmap to marketing activities.
- Oversee strategic program roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum
benefit from each product
Oversee day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, clientexperience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate,
and remove obstacles to achieve business results
Create low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, documentation to make your case strongerExecute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channelstrategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to VCPL
Clients
Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, orbusiness requiring coordination and integration across units as well as provide input into
strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business
Manage client and competitor market research, contribute in production innovation roadmap,continuously improving and modernizing the presentation of the products in the market,
create relevant documentation managing the product life cycle.
Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenueperformance, and expense management goals.
Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace, and coordinate andimplement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management.
Reports project status, scope changes and critical metrics to all stakeholders including coreteam and senior management
Serve as a liaison with other teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.Define milestones with Product Owner and Scrum Master and coordinate with various internaland external stakeholders to launch products as per defined timelines.
Preempt potential delays, and de-bottleneck issues quickly in order to avoid slippageRun tight project management to meet launch timelines.Qualifications
MBA and engineering degree preferredSound experience in market research and product management life cycle along with detail tothe documentation.
Familiar with Agile methodologiesFunctional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analyticsAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectationsor requirements
