Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in the manufacturing domain to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models that drive process optimization, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency within manufacturing environments. Experience within the alcoholic beverage industry is a strong plus.

Role Expectations :

• Apply advanced statistical, analytical, and machine learning techniques to solve manufacturing process and production challenges.
• Collaborate with plant and operations teams to identify data-driven improvement opportunities.
• Develop predictive models for yield optimization, quality control, and equipment reliability.
• Work with large datasets using Python, NumPy, and Pandas for data manipulation and model development.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies.
• Document analytical approaches, model assumptions, and data sources to ensure transparency and repeatability.
