Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementations and support, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and NAV. You will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, resolve functional issues, and ensure the smooth operation of Business Central modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients experiencing functional issues within Business Central.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to financials, inventory, sales, purchasing, and reporting.
- Log, prioritize, and track support cases through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist clients with Business Central setup, configuration, and workflow customization.
- Provide recommendations on system optimizations and best practices.
- Support updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Create and maintain end-user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on Business Central features and functionality.
- Work with consultants, developers, and business analysts to enhance system functionality.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates, new features, and industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications :
Required :
4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.Strong understanding of Business Central modules : finance, supply chain, sales, purchasing, manufacturing.Experience with end-to-end BC / NAV implementations.Hands-on support, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple support cases.Preferred :
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP migration to Business Central.Familiarity with Managed Application Services and cloud-based ERP support.Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.Understanding of SQL queries and reporting tools.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.(ref : hirist.tech)
