Sales & Business Development (60%) : Execute the full B2B sales cycle : lead generation → meeting booking → customer calls → onboarding → ongoing support. Build relationships with restaurant owners, marketing managers, and hospitality groups.
Product & Content Support (40%) : Conduct product testing, QA new features before client releases. Write and refine website copy that converts visitors into leads. Collaborate with the engineering team to document bugs and user feedback.
Key qualifications include 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech. Strong writing skills with ability to create persuasive marketing copy. Technical aptitude to understand and test software products.
