The Role :

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will provide essential support to a Property Manager in various aspects of Property Management, including :

• Tenant & Landlord Liaison
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Routines and Entry & Exit Condition Reports
• Process and evaluate tenancy applications, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Actioning maintenance and liaising with contractors and trades
• Undertake administrative tasks to support the Property Management operations.

The Ideal Candidate :

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about learning and passionate about building a long-term career in real estate. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and attributes :

• Previous Assistant / Junior Property Management experience - minimum 6-12 months
• Certificate of Registration or Cert IV (Mandatory)
• Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
• A team player that will put their hand up when needed to support their co-workers and in tern this will be reciprocated
• Professional personal presentation
