About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead – APAC to drive our regional hiring strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate brings deep market knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a regional recruitment function, partner with global stakeholders, and build world-class teams across diverse markets like India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC countries, aligning hiring goals with business needs.
✅ Develop and execute market-specific sourcing strategies.
✅ Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing TA team across regions.
✅ Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to deliver strategic hiring solutions.
✅ Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence analysis.
✅ Represent the TA function in leadership and client discussions with confidence and clarity.
✅ Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
✅ Drive exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding in the APAC market.
✅ Continuously optimize recruitment tools, processes, and analytics for improved efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Proven track record in APAC regional hiring with strong knowledge of local markets and talent trends.
🔹 Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and modern recruitment strategies.
🔹 Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
🔹 Experience leading recruiters or regional TA teams.
🔹 Strong understanding of APAC compliance, labor laws, and cultural nuances.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrix environment.
🔹 Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board platforms.
🔹 Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA / PGDM preferred).
