About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics to optimize sourcing operations and drive efficiency in decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate AI-driven solutions into sourcing, supplier management and supply chain optimization for apparel sourcing company.What You'll DoAI Integration & Strategy : Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enable Sourcing OrganizationData-Driven Decision Making : Leverage predictive analytics and AI-based models to enhance supplier benchmarking, cost management and risk assessmentProcess Optimization : Utilize AI for scenario modeling to reduce lead times and costsSupplier Relationship Management : Enhance vendor selection processes using AI tools to assess performance, compliance and efficiencyCross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with CFTs to integrate AI solutions for business growthRegulatory & Ethical AI Compliance : Ensure AI applications adhere to industry regulations and ethical standardsWho You AreBachelor's / Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Supply Chain Management or a related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or AI-driven supply chain managementStrong expertise in AI, predictive analytics and automationKnowledge of fashion industry trends and sourcing best practices is preferredProven ability to implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costsExperience with ERP, AI-based procurement tools and data visualization platforms (Power BI)Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skillsPresent compelling data stories (verbal and slide format) and visualizations to varying levels of stakeholdersMentor more junior team members and grow the technical and data storytelling skillsets of the teamA track record of being a self-starter who can execute and drive roadmaps
