Are you someone who thrives in startup chaos and loves building systems, culture, and teams from the ground up?
At Airawath , we’re creating an AI-powered SaaS gifting platform redefining relationships and personalization — and we need an HR & Operations Manager who can grow with us.
You’ll work directly with the Founder / CEO , helping scale a small core team into a world-class product organization.
This is not a typical HR desk role — it’s part people strategy, part operations muscle, and part culture architect .
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute hiring strategies aligned with startup growth stages.
- Partner with leadership to define org structure, role clarity, and hiring priorities.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and internal employee operations.
- Set clear expectations, performance metrics, and feedback loops for the internal team.
- Foster a transparent, energetic, ownership-driven team culture.
- Establish lightweight HR policies, onboarding, and compliance frameworks suited for startups.
- In the future, extend operational support to Analytic Era’s staffing & consulting operations as we scale.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
MBA in HR (Mandatory) from a reputed B-school.3–6 years of HR & Operations experience, including at least one SaaS or Product-based startup .Strong understanding of startup hiring dynamics, talent pipelines, and retention levers.Hands-on approach to problem-solving — not just planning but doing.Clear communication, structured thinking, and a builder’s mindset.
