📌 Role : Data Engineer Lead

🕒 Experience : 8–12 years

📍 Location : Hyderabad

🏢 Work Mode : Work From Office (5.5 days / week, including Saturday half-day)

At Enterprise Minds , we empower businesses with cloud-first, data-driven solutions . We’re looking for a Data Engineer Lead with strong cloud expertise to architect and scale modern data platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end design & deployment of data pipelines on cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

✅ Architect data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data pipelines .

✅ Build scalable ETL / ELT workflows for structured & unstructured data.

✅ Implement data governance, quality frameworks, and security best practices .

✅ Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data scientists to operationalize solutions.

✅ Mentor and guide a team of engineers, driving best practices in cloud data engineering .

✅ Required Skills

• 8–12 years of proven Data Engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Azure (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS) OR AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3, EMR) OR GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc) .
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and PySpark .
• Experience with big data frameworks : Spark, Hive, Kafka, Hadoop.
• Proficiency with ETL tools, workflow orchestration, and CI / CD pipelines .
• Exposure to MLOps and integration with AI / ML pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, andcommunication skills .
