Practice Areas : Commercial Litigation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), Consumer Disputes, Matrimonial Litigation, Dispute Resolution.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and driven legal professional to join our Bangalore office as a Principal Associate / Senior Associate.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with a strong track record in commercial, IBC, consumer, and matrimonial matters.

This role offers the opportunity to lead cases, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle litigation matters across commercial, insolvency, consumer, and matrimonial domains before various courts and tribunals.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel and develop case strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Draft and review pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and other legal documentation.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and regulatory changes relevant to the practice areas.
  • Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and liaise with external counsels when required.

Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IBC, commercial contracts, consumer protection laws, and matrimonial disputes.
  • Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in team leadership or mentoring is desirable.
