Job Title : Managing Director Reports To : Board of Directors / Group Chief Operating Officer Business Operations Position Overview : The Managing Director will lead the Global Shared Services overall business strategy, infrastructure expansion, and operational performance, ensuring alignment with global standards. Turnaround & Transformation Leadership P&L & Financial Governance Stakeholder Management & Global Expansion People Leadership & Talent Development 20–25 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in education, institutional services, or largescale corporate operations.
