Experience Required : 7 to 10 years

Educational Qualifications : B.E / B.Tech (Civil)

Purpose of the Role :

To support the planning, execution, and quality control of civil works for the AI / Data Centre project, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with design specifications and industry standards. The role assists in coordinating site activities, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance to contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to design drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

2. Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction methods; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

3. Collaborate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to ensure smooth integration of civil works with other disciplines.

4. Conduct inspections, prepare daily / weekly site reports, and document progress, deviations, and corrective actions.

5. Verify material quality, approve deliveries, and monitor efficient utilization of manpower and resources on-site.

6. Ensure all works comply with design codes, safety standards, and Tier III / IV data centre norms; maintain accurate records of as-built drawings, NCRs, and QA / QC reports.

7. Assist in final inspection and handover of civil works, ensuring completeness and adherence to project quality standards.
