Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Hostess, located in Calicut (Kozhikode). As a Showroom Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and welcoming clients warmly. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, answering queries, maintaining impeccable phone etiquette, and ensuring an engaging and professional environment within the showroom. The role requires frequent interaction with clients to ensure their needs are met and their experience in the showroom is seamless and positive.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills for effective customer engagement
• Proficient in Customer Service and adept at handling Reservations
• Knowledge of proper Phone Etiquette for professional client interactions
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
• Ability to create a welcoming and professional environment
• Prior experience in a similar customer-facing or hospitality role is advantageous
• Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred
