Role Overview :

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Infrastructure & Interior to oversee facility development, maintenance, and interior design across our network of schools, ensuring child-safe, stimulating learning environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute infrastructure projects for new school setups and renovations

Design and implement age-appropriate, child-centric interior layouts aligned with our educational philosophy

Manage vendor relationships for civil work, interior design, furniture, and equipment procurement

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements

Conduct regular facility audits and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules

Collaborate with franchisees and school principals on infrastructure needs and improvements

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Source and implement sustainable, eco-friendly design solutions

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

3-5 years in infrastructure management, interior design, or facility management (education / hospitality sector preferred)

Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and child-safe design principles

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software

Excellent project management and vendor negotiation skills

Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office

Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR
