Business Development Associate

Job descriptionFind and reach out to the appropriate community admins Describe how our platform operates and its advantages Help onboard interested admins to the platform Ensure they use it actively for at least 7 days Report leads and usage via a shared tracker ₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity) 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars) Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors Potential to join us in a long-term role or leadership position Strong communication and messaging skills Familiar with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms Fluent in English — both written and spoken (mandatory) Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused Previous experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus
