noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

Key responsibilities :

Work closely with the CRM manager to develop CRM strategy for noon Food

Own key growth OKRs for communications performance

Own CRM calendar and ensure that it aligns with the campaign calendar

Build, test and execute campaigns on the app

Work with the design and messaging of all communication in coordination with the design, content and marketing teams

Conduct analysis to assess impact / uplift from CRM campaigns, producing regular reports on performance

Quality checks the application and ensure there are no errors on the platform

Profile :

Bachelor’s Degree in a related fields

6 months -1 year of total experience

6 months -1 year experience in e-commerce, CRM marketing dashboards & tools is preferred

Very strong analytical ability and knowledge of advanced excel functionalities

Ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently

Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment

Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results

Arabic proficiency is preferred
