Job Title – SAP S / 4HANA Business Analyst – P2S

A leading organization is undertaking a major Process & Systems Transformation Program, harmonizing global business processes and migrating operations into a unified SAP S / 4HANA environment. We are seeking an experienced Digital ERP Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Plan to Sustain (P2S) and Aftermarket / MRO processes to join this high-impact initiative.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of SAP ERP functional experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S / 4HANA with deep understanding of Plan to Sustain and MRO / Aftermarket processes
• Experience designing standard and custom MRO solutions
• Exposure to Aftermarket tools such as iMRO
• Background in supporting large-scale SAP transformation or business process harmonization programs
• Knowledge of planning & maintenance tools (Spare Parts Planning, PM / CM, GPD / PMMO, IBP, APO, Kinaxis)
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments
