Job descriptionContract Drafting & Review :Prepare, review, and revise commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and IT, Digital agreements.Negotiation Support :Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate contract terms that protect the company’s interests.Contract Lifecycle Management :Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones (renewals, expiries, obligations), and ensure timely execution and compliance.Risk Assessment & Mitigation :Identify potential legal risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.Compliance & Governance :Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Coordination :Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, and business teams to align contract terms with operational needs.Template & Process Optimization :Develop and maintain standard contract templates and improve contract management processes for efficiency and consistency.Reporting & Documentation :Generate periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for senior management.
