About Entrust Family Office

Position Overview : Head - Concierge Services

Entrust Family Office is building a world-class UHNI Concierge Services vertical to complement its multifamily office offerings. The Head – Concierge Services will be responsible for conceptualising, building, and scaling this business as an independent profit centre. The leader will design exceptional lifestyle experiences for UHNI families while ensuring seamless execution and monetisation of the vertical.

This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial role suited for a driven professional with deep networks, impeccable service standards, and the ability to create differentiated value in luxury lifestyle management.

Job Title : Head of Concierge Services

Location : Bangalore (with travel as required)

Experience : 15+ years in high-end hospitality, luxury travel, aviation / airline customer experience, event management, or UHNI concierge services

Reporting To : Founders / CEO

Role Type : Leadership | Build & Run an Independent Vertical

Key Responsibilities

A. Vertical Leadership & Strategy

  • Build the Concierge Services vertical from the ground up with clear revenue models and service playbooks.
  • Develop annual business plans, pricing structures, partner agreements, and monetisation strategies.
  • Lead a team (eventually) and build systems, SOPs, and service delivery standards aligned to UHNI expectations.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality, discretion, and trust in all UHNI engagements.

B. Luxury Travel & Experiential Services

  • Curate bespoke luxury travel experiences—global vacations, pilgrimages, adventure drives, cultural trails, high-end spiritual retreats, and more.
  • Build deep relationships with luxury hotels, boutique resorts, global travel curators, cruise lines, charter operators, villas, and experiential platforms.
  • Create an “Entrust Luxury Travel Partner Network” covering :
  • o Global five-star chains o Boutique curated stays o Private islands & villas

    o Chartered yachts

    o Luxury safari and heritage tours

    o Exclusive international festivals and cultural circuits

    C. Event Curation & Exclusive Access

  • Conceptualise, plan, and execute intimate family events, milestone celebrations, private concerts, cultural evenings, and gatherings for Entrust families.
  • Develop access to premium event organisers for :
  • o Global sporting events (F1, Wimbledon, IPL, Olympics, etc.)

    o High-end music festivals

    o Art fairs and auctions

    o Luxury watch, auto, and lifestyle showcases

  • Manage all aspects of social and personal event planning with meticulous attention to detail.
  • D. Mobility & Lifestyle Advisory

  • Build strong relationships with top automobile showrooms and premium vehicle dealerships (luxury SUVs, sports cars, EVs, supercars).
  • Offer advisory on vehicle selection, procurement, leasing, or chauffeur services tailored to UHNI needs.
  • Develop vendors for special services such as heritage car rentals, premium airport transfers, and elite chauffeur networks.
  • E. Aviation, Yachting & High-Value Assets

  • Develop a vetted ecosystem of partners offering :
  • o Fractional ownership of private jets o Helicopter charter services

    o Private jet card programs

    o Procurement or leasing of yachts

    o Marina services and global yacht brokers

  • Provide comparative insights and negotiate preferential pricing for Entrust clients.
  • F. Vendor & Partner Network Management

  • Build and manage a high-quality network of premium vendors across lifestyle, hospitality, art, travel, wellness, entertainment, and personal services.
  • Establish SLAs, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks and maintain a vetted recommendation list for families.
  • G. UHNI Client Management

  • Act as a single point of contact for high-profile families with extremely high responsiveness and discretion.
  • Understand lifestyle, preferences, and personal nuances of UHNI families to personalise experiences.
  • Manage last-minute requests, crisis situations, and complex logistics with calm efficiency.
  • Key Qualification & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in one or more of the following :
  • o Luxury hospitality

    o Premium airline customer experience (First / Business Class segment)

    o High-end event management

    o UHNI concierge services

    o Luxury travel or lifestyle management

  • Experience working with top-tier, demanding clientele is essential.
  • Skills & Attributes

  • Strong network in luxury travel, hospitality, mobility, events, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; poised, polished, and culturally sensitive.
  • Go-getter mindset with entrepreneurial energy and ability to build a vertical independently.
  • Deep understanding of UHNI expectations, discretion, and service excellence.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure preferential arrangements.
  • High availability mindset (24 / 7 responsiveness when required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential, high-trust environment.
  • Strong execution orientation with the ability to deliver on tight timelines.
  • Performance Metrics

  • Monetisation of the concierge vertical.
  • Net promoter score (NPS) and satisfaction of UHNI families.
  • Strength of partner ecosystem and volume of curated experiences delivered.
  • Revenue from travel, events, luxury services, and high-value asset facilitation.
  • Quality, consistency, and uniqueness of experiences curated.
  • Ability to run the vertical independently with strong operational discipline.
