Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Recruitment Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in data-driven recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. As a Junior Recruitment Analyst, you will assist in analyzing recruitment metrics, optimizing hiring processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Data Analysis : Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
  • Sourcing Support : Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through data-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Screening : Evaluate applications and match candidate profiles to job requirements using analytical tools and techniques.
  • Performance Metrics : Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Process Optimization : Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes based on data analysis.
  • Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Database Management : Maintain and update recruitment records and ensure data integrity in the recruitment management system.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align data insights with hiring objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive results.
