We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Amazon Product Research and Account management specialist to manage the full product lifecycle for our brand—from identifying winning product ideas to coordinating global logistics. The ideal candidate will be an expert in data-driven product research and a skilled negotiator in global sourcing (China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.). This role requires a professional who is self-motivated, takes full ownership of the Amazon Seller Central accounts, and anticipates challenges before they become problems.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Amazon Product Research & Analysis (Primary Focus)
Conduct exhaustive, data-backed product research to identify high-potential, profitable, and low-competition products for new private label launches.
Utilize premium Amazon research tools (e.g.,
Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa
) to analyze sales velocity, BSR, keyword demand, and competitor strategies.
Create detailed, accurate financial projection sheets (ROI, profit margin, break-even analysis) for all proposed products, factoring in all FBA fees, COGS, and logistics costs.
Proactively identify opportunities for product enhancement, bundling, or customization to create a competitive advantage.
2. Global Sourcing, Negotiation, and Vetting
Proactively source, vet, and establish relationships with reliable manufacturers and suppliers across key regions (China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.).
Aggressively negotiate product pricing (EXW / FOB), Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), payment terms, and production lead times to secure the best deal.
Manage the sampling process and coordinate third-party quality inspections (pre-production, during production, pre-shipment) to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders for international shipping (Air / Sea) and ensure all necessary documentation (customs, duties, compliance certificates) is in place.
3. Proactive Account & Product Management
Look after all day-to-day Amazon Seller Central activities for assigned client accounts.
Manage the product setup process, including initial keyword research, creating a comprehensive launch plan, and preparing the initial product listing content (titles, bullets, backend keywords).
Implement and manage a proactive inventory tracking system to accurately forecast demand, prevent stockouts (OOS), and coordinate timely reorders.
Stay constantly updated on Amazon's policies, terms of service, and category restrictions, taking preemptive action to maintain 100% account health.
Expanding brand to multiple marketplaces and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Walmart.
Required Skills & Qualifications
in Amazon product research tools (mention the tools you require).
in launching new products that reached specific sales / ranking goals (case studies or examples are a must).
with overseas suppliers (Alibaba, Global Sources, etc.).
and ability to work with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, formulas for complex profit calculations).
