Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience in IT Products / Services sales, Solution sales and partner management with accomplishments all through his / her career
- Experience in selling enterprise SaaS products is an added advantage
- Strong hand hold on local market base, preferred knowledge in Financial / Healthcare / Retail / Education domains
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Established track record in achieving sales target
- Effective Team Player
- Good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses
- Competencies required : strong business sense, competitive / results driven attitude, negotiation, decision-making, time-management, team spirit, stress tolerance.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Generating new business leads through cold-calling, networking, business associations, etc.Understanding customer’s business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needsPreparing techno-commercial proposals, presentations and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software / services, to influence credibly and effectively to all levels of the organizationNegotiating effectively the terms of commercial agreement and closing salesCreating awareness of products / services, conducting training for clients and partnersMaintaining and expanding customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key partners and customers; identifying new partner and customer opportunitiesManaging relationship with existing customers and cross-selling / up-selling products and servicesResponding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literatureMeeting sales targets and contributing to team targetsDeveloping sales strategies to improve market shareMaintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripheralsMaintaining in-depth understanding of competition’s offerings, strategies, and planCollaborating with teams for pre-sales, deployment and post-sales support
