Job descriptionManage complex global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems. Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across regions. Work closely with HR Digital Services, HR Services, and regional digital stakeholders. Manage external vendors responsible for implementing payroll solutions. Deliver strategic HR transformation initiatives. Align regional execution with global program goals. Mandatory experience in managing HR transformation programs, ideally in a global or regional capacity. Proven track record of delivering digital payroll or HRIS projects with a strong emphasis on system integrations. Good understanding of European payroll regulations and operational practices. Technical proficiency in payroll and HR platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar). Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
About the Company : We are looking Immediate joiner for a skilled and driven Payroll Technical Project Manager to join our Global Payroll Digital team, with a focus on leading payroll projects across Europe. This role is central to managing complex global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across regions.
About the Role : As an individual contributor, you will work closely with HR Digital Services, HR Services, and regional digital stakeholders, while managing external vendors responsible for implementing payroll solutions. You will play a key role in delivering strategic HR transformation initiatives, aligning regional execution with global program goals.
