Job descriptionHigh on technical ownership and day-to-day assessment of applications tech metrics Visualize and establish the long-term architectural approach, focusing on platforms and reusable Establish practices and processes to ensure that deliverables are of high quality, reliable, and Drive the architecture and design governance for components, systems, and products under Develop a plan for teams to follow in order to adopt new technology stacks to solve business Regularly participate in hiring events & interviews to select the best engineering talent for BTech, MTech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent). Or high 7 to 12 years of industry experience in software engineering Proven track record of architecting and delivering in a startup / e-commerce ecosystem in a high- Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong decision making skills, technical and operational metrics driven decision making The ability to lead problem-solving, critique tech solutions and build elegant, maintainable Expert level experience in building a scalable, large, and complex business application using Track record of building and delivering mission-critical, 24x7 production software systems Prior experience of building distributed systems on public cloud would be a plus Prior experience in working with Agile software methodologies ( Scrum, Kanban), TDD, and
