Job descriptionAct as the First point of contact for unresolved Level 1 queries. Liaise with Dev teams and other technical teams, as necessary, for resolution. Communicate effectively with users regarding issue status and solutions. Creating and managing Bugs in case any issues / defects found in the LIVE incidents. Co-ordination with UAT and Business stakeholders for User acceptance testing. Will get an opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams during development of features assigned.

Must-have
- Looking out for 4-8 Years of experience in software functional / Manual testing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Min 3 functional experience in Trading or Capital Markets / Investment banking domain.
- Fair knowledge and hands-on to SQL / SQL Join queries
- Working knowledge of “Trade life cycle” involving Front office, Middle Office and Back-office workflow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
