Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Manager on the New Faces and Development team. Some of the key responsibilities include

  • Communication :
  • Maintain clear communication skills.

  • Content Creation :
  • Manage polaroid sessions and development content.

    • 3.

  • Logistics :
  • Oversee models' schedules and logistical arrangements.

    • 4.

  • Shoot Management :
  • Handle editorials, test shoots, and model development.

    • 5.

  • Client Relations :
  • Nurture and maintain strong client relationships.

    • 6.

  • Scouting & Database :
  • Actively scout for new talent and creatives, and build a comprehensive database of industry professionals.

  • Event Organization :
  • Plan and execute scouting and model search events.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience in talent management, talent scouting, and relationship building
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market demands in fashion, film, and advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and managing schedules
  • A background in fashion, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
