About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Product Operations & Design Associate to work closely with our Product Manager across multiple products.

This role combines UI / UX, product research, client coordination, product operations, and creative support.

If you are a strong communicator, extremely organised, and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Figma, Notion, or similar—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research

  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Prepare insights, comparison reports, and recommendations
  • Identify product opportunities

Product Operations

  • Coordinate with product maintainers, QA, and developers
  • Follow up via calls / emails on bugs, updates, and timelines
  • Track product changes, maintain documentation, and manage tasks

    • Client & Partner Communication

  • Reach out to potential clients or partners
  • Communicate product requirements clearly
  • Join and coordinate client calls & meetings

    • Creative & Content Support

  • Prepare short scripts, briefs, decks, and structured documentation
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate tasks

    • Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of UI / UX and product workflows
  • Ability to learn tools quickly and work independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good with ChatGPT, AI tools, documentation, and productivity tools

    • Product Design (UI / UX)

  • Support in designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens
  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistent UI patterns
  • Create visuals, logos, and simple brand assets when needed

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with Figma
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Illustrator)
  • Experience in a startup environment
