Key Responsibilities :

• Cold calling and emailing potential candidates
• Sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, releasing offers / relieving letters
• Coordinating compliance activities
• Conducting performance reviews of employees
• Collaborating with higher management on strategic initiatives
• Managing payroll coordination and employee relations

Experience with talent acquisition software and IT recruiting is a plus.
