We’re looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Ad Sales Manager to lead international business development and drive revenue across global markets.

What Your Day Might Look Like in AdSynergiX?

  • Global Prospecting : Connect with advertisers, agencies, and media partners in the US, UK, LATAM & APAC.
  • Partnership Building : Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Ownership : Manage the full sales cycle from outreach & pitching to negotiation & closure.
  • Revenue Growth : Drive consistent quarterly performance and expand global operations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with campaign, analytics, and creative teams to deliver top results.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of trends and opportunities in the global AdTech space.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • 2-5 years of experience in Ad Sales / Business Development / Media Partnerships (AdTech preferred).
  • Understanding of digital advertising metrics, funnels, and global media buying.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for international clients.
  • Ability to manage global accounts across multiple time zones.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset.
  • ( Bonus ) Existing network of global advertisers or agency contacts.
