Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, managing client portfolios, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager will also be involved in advising clients on real estate investments and assisting them with property transactions. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends Experience in client relationship management Ability to provide tailored real estate solutions Proficiency in using CRM software Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
