Job descriptionMaintain a Traceability Matrix for mapping the customer requirements to corresponding functions Develop business rating requirements documentation from client specifications Prioritize customer's requirements throughout the release lifecycle Analyze and evaluate existing and / or proposed insurance systems Analyze underwriting and rating manuals to determine rating similarities and differences across states Work with multiple stakeholders to support development of client's core insurance software solution and business process Create visual design diagrams for all audiences Develop test plans & participate in the testing process to ensure high quality project deliverables Review test cases created by the client Interact with other team members and clients to ensure quality solution Effortlessly communicate with the client to track and debug testing issues, resolve them, and perform regression testing. Act a mentor to colleagues and the client; train customers on solutions provided Support development of detailed requirements, user stories and functional design documents that can be referenced by global delivery staff, respond to their questions, and reconcile the functionality of their deliverables to these documents. Perform gap analysis for new requirements in case of product implementation. Manage scope of work and support to project team in query resolution Act as a product owner and represent the customer and the business in a scrum team
