Job Summary

We are hiring Senior Engineering Managers to lead and grow high-performing backend engineering teams responsible for architecting and delivering Linnk’s SaaS and AI-driven platforms.

In this role, you will :

• Own technical strategy and execution of backend initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of 8–10+ engineers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain a balance between hands-on technical leadership and people management.
• This is an on-site leadership role at our Cochin Innovation Hub with direct influence on Linnk’s core products and engineering culture.
