Job description14+ years of Telecom IT experience with at least 8 years in BSS architecture. Deep knowledge of CRM and billing platforms (Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Ericsson BSCS, etc.). Strong domain expertise in customer management, order management, mediation, and billing processes. Hands-on experience with integration frameworks (API, SOA, microservices). Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with cloud-native BSS and DevOps environments. Certifications in TOGAF or TM Forum Frameworx

- Oversee solution delivery from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentoring for development teams.
- Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and security standards.
