We are seeking an HIV-Focused ABPI Reviewer to ensure all promotional and non-promotional materials for HIV medicines and disease awareness campaigns comply with the ABPI Code of Practice and UK pharmaceutical regulations.
This role requires deep therapeutic expertise in HIV combined with exceptional attention to regulatory detail, ensuring compliant, accurate, and impactful communications for healthcare professionals, patients, and the public.
Responsibilities :
a. ABPI Compliance Review-
- Review & approve HIV-related promotional and non-promotional materials for HCPs, patients, and the public in line with ABPI Code of Practice
- Ensure content is factually accurate, scientifically robust, and appropriately referenced
- Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal teams to balance compliance with commercial goals
- Maintain & update approval records in Veeva PromoMats (or equivalent)
b. Therapeutic Area Expertise
Apply up-to-date knowledge of HIV treatments, guidelines, and patient pathwaysAdvise teams on HIV data interpretation & communicationMonitor competitor activity & regulatory updates to ensure best practicec. Governance & Training
Provide proactive compliance guidance during campaign & material developmentSupport ABPI training initiatives for HIV-related projectsParticipate in internal audits & respond to PMCPA case rulingsd. Capability Building
Develop & deliver ABPI compliance trainings for signatories and stakeholders, especially focused on HIV programmatic and messaging nuancesMust Have Qualifications and Experience
