Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities.

4–6 years managing software delivery in a product / SaaS environment with demonstrated technical depth.

Strong Jira expertise (workflows, Automation, dashboards, JQL, Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence for living documentation.

Working knowledge of CI / CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins), Git workflows, feature flags, and containers.

Strength in estimation, budgeting, monitoring, and delivery controls.

Solid understanding of test automation and QA practices.

Experience with Microsoft Azure.

Excellent written and verbal communication; able to facilitate design reviews, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions.

Experience operating within ISO / CMMI processes (process documentation, internal audits, evidence collection).

Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams via leads and engaging directly with external customers.
