Maintain regular client communication for retention. Upsell / cross-sell (VIP plans, training, portfolio services). Address client concerns quickly to reduce churn Stay updated on forex, gold, indices, and crypto trends. Track competitor services for better positioning. Share feedback with product team Follow local & international rules for marketing financial products.
